Most people don't need another workout. They need someone who actually pays attention to their joints, their sleep, the meal they skipped at 4pm because work blew up.

I don't sell vibes. I sell adaptation. We pick the right stimulus, we measure it, we adjust it. The aesthetic outcomes are a side-effect of training honestly.

    Built around your actual life: what you cook, eat out, travel for. We optimise the inputs so the training has somewhere to go.

    Programming & Accountability

    Between sessions, you don't drift. Custom programming, weekly check-ins, and the kind of follow-through that makes results compound.


How We Work

Four rules.No exceptions.

Every program I write follows the same logic. The exercises change, the cadence changes, the goals change. These don't.

  1. I

    Diagnose before we prescribe

    First session is assessment. Movement, history, goals, lifestyle. No two programs leave my desk the same.

  2. II

    Train for capacity, not for soreness

    Soreness is not the metric. Strength gained, weight moved, work performed. Those are.

  3. III

    Make it sustainable, then make it hard

    First we lock in the routine. Then we increase the demand. Most people get the order wrong.

  4. IV

    Measure, adjust, repeat

    Numbers go up, or we change the plan. Vibes are a great workout for your friend group, not for a coaching relationship.
